"Turn of the Millenium"

Films: End of Days (1999)

Alias: None

Type: Mystical

Location: Civilized Area

Height/Weight: That of an average human, but grows to that of a small building.

Affiliation: Evil

Summary: It's the new year. No, even better, it's the new millennium! Everyone is excited about what this could mean for the future. Everyone...including the ruler of darkness himself.

History: Every 1000 years, Satan arises to try and father the Antichrist and spell doom for the entire known world. He's been rather unsuccessful if that's the case, but this time, he's going after a woman who has been specifically raised to be his mate. She hardly knows it though, and now he's got disillusioned cop Jericho Cane is hot on his trail of destruction.

Notable Kills: Upon possessing the broker he uses, he blows up his home with everyone in it just because he can.

Final Fate: Jericho manages to stop Satan from having sex, but in retaliation, his monstrous true form tries to possess him instead. But Jericho manages to impale himself right before the new year commences, causing Satan to be banished back to Hell.

Powers/Abilities: Manipulation of reality and possession.

Weakness: Stall him enough and he must go back to Hell.

Scariness Factor: 4-Definitely one of the more destructive and vile Satans around. His coldly affable demeanor and tendency to screw over everyone makes him out to be the last person who should be fathering any children. Also, his true form, for the short amount of time we see it, is no picnic for the eyes.

Trivia: -Guillermo del Toro was originally going to direct this film. It probably would have helped greatly, too.

-Reportedly, female extras were falling over themselves to get a chance to kiss Satan's actor, Gabriel Byrne.

Ghidorah? No, not quite.

You look like you belong on a sitcom.
Can't you wait a few more?

Lousy yardwork here.

Playing a cyborg seems simple now, doesn't it, Arnold?

Nobody said the Devil wasn't a sore loser.
It's going to be a long and very red night.
